Experience an intensive program tailored for muscle gain, stamina enhancement, and weight loss. Combining dynamic boxing techniques with targeted weightlifting, our core training and conditioning regimen promises transformative results from the get-go. Feel the difference instantly.
This program is for intermediate, advanced level. You will work 3min rounds, 30sec breaks in between rounds. In this program, we will work on trainer Minju’s original “Endless Combos” during those rounds. You won’t be just punching meaninglessly because these combos are combinations of defense and offense, and therefore effective in real boxing. Good for endurance, hand-eye coordination, speed and muscle memory. Also good for improving your brain health! Ask me for S.H.I.I.T when you book personal session.
I also offer group classes. In this program, the main focus is to have good exercise and fun, even though we will work on basic skills at the same time. RSVP required.
